Sarah has a healthy criminal and family law practice, with a general civil element.

In family law Sarah has represented clients in private and public law proceedings in the PRFD, FPCand County Court.

In criminal law Sarah’s practice is predominately for Defence and receives instructions in the Crown, Magistrates and Youth Court. Sarah prosecutes for a number of agencies including the Department of Work and Pensions, CPS and has recently represented Trading Standards in a charge of fraudulent trading.

In civil law Sarah is frequently instructed on Housing matters, particularly representing RSL; this is an expanding area of her practice.

Sarah practised as a Registered Nurse specialising in Mental Health before being called to the Bar.
