Dinah Loeb has over 20 years experience as a solicitor, barrister and mediator specialising in all aspects of family law.

Her financial work includes ancillary relief on divorce or dissolution of a civil partnership, Schedule 1 Children Act applications and cohabitant property disputes. She has a particular interest in middle and high value finances and regularly deals with cases involving private businesses, assets outside the UK, trusts, third party rights and identifying or tracing assets.

She is regularly instructed in complex public and private children cases.  Her public law work covers all aspects of care proceedings including allegation of sexual abuse and non accidental injuries on behalf of local authorities, parents and children. In private law her work includes applications to remove children permanently from the UK, international child abduction, Rule 9.5 guardian cases as well as disputes about whom a child should live with and how much should they see of each parent.

Dinah is approachable and skilled at ensuring that her clients fully understand the choices available to them and the impact of any actions. Her background as head of family law and member of the Law Societies Children Panel in a well regarded solicitors firm makes her ideally placed to support clients through the process of litigation.
