  • Brighton EDO protester cases – prosecuted novel and complex defences in law pertaining to international crimes of aggression.
  • Re: A Solicitor – represented solicitor in wasted costs appeal with lengthy written submissions as to the law and extensive oral submissions regarding the jurisdiction and persuasive civil professional negligence cases.
  • R-v-Cripps – defending in armed robbery trial involving marshalling and analysing evidence relating to numerous armed robberies all over the country.
  • R-v-Zorlu – defending in fraud trial in the Central Criminal Court then Court of Appeal – relating to the prosecution of the wide of a people smuggler. Successful appeal, conviction quashed.
  • R-v-King (& others) – defending in conspiracy to supply Class A at Lewes Crown Court involving a London to Brighton drug dealing network with multiple defendants.
  • R-v-McDonagh (& others) –  led junior defending in a twelve week long, 10 handed Conspiracy to Steal at Winchester Crown Court.
  • R-v-Wilson (& another) – led by silk in murder trial for the defence. A Yardie murder with a lengthy history, the co-defendant having been convicted while Wilson was unlawfully at large in America.
  • R-v-Sitko – led by silk in murder (in a nightclub) trial for the defence at Lewes Crown Court.
