Notable Cases

• R–v-Beaver (& others) – VHCC at Kingston Crown Court as junior alone. This was a large scale drugs conspiracy.
• R–v-S – defended a youth with mental health problems.  His first trial was a four-week multi-handed s18 in Chichester and the second trial was a two-week rape at the same Court.
• R-v-Newman (& others) – 2 week drug conspiracy at Lewes Crown Court.
• R-v- J (& others) – a three-week multi-handed wounding with intent in Lewes Crown Court resulting in an acquittal.
• R-v-Jarvis (& another) – two week rape at Lewes Crown Court
• R-v- McDonagh (& others) – leading junior in a twelve week 10 handed conspiracy to steal trial in Winchester Crown Court resulting in an acquittal.
• R-v-Taher -instructed as led junior on a six-week £28,000,000 money laundering trial at Guildford Crown Court – no evidence offered at trial.
