James started clerking in 2004 at Westgate Chambers before moving to 2 Hare Court, Temple.  He re-joined Chambers in October 2011 as criminal clerk.  James primarily manages the day  to day running of the criminal diary , AGFS, Prosecution and Magistrates Court billing.

James is a Member of the Institute of Barristers Clerks.
