| Mr Watson specialises in ancillary relief on divorce and regularly deals with cases where the parties' assets are in excess of a million pounds. Mr Watson is particularly experienced in dealing with complex cases involving companies, family trusts, overseas assets, insolvency, third party property rights, expert evidence, pensions and cases where there are issues relating to disclosure and the tracing of assets. Mr Watson also undertakes private law Children Act and Care cases. He also undertakes the following areas of civil work: Personal Injury, Landlord and Tenant, Trusts of Land and claims in contract. |
