Michael has considerable knowledge and experience in all aspects of Public and Private Family Law. Michael is regularly instructed in complex care cases involving non-accidental injury, sexual abuse and chronic neglect. Michael is also regularly instructed in respect of all aspects of private child law cases including Child Arrangement Orders (determination of where children should live and time spent with other parent etc.), removal from the jurisdiction, child abduction, and domestic abuse. Michael acts for parents, Guardians, The Official Solicitor, and a number of Local Authorities. He takes pride in his careful preparation of cases with a view to ensuring powerful advocacy.
