Amanda Kelly

A former national newspaper journalist, Amanda Kelly is a skilled jury advocate who was graded “outstanding” in an external advocacy assessment by a member of Queen’s Counsel. She is a Level 3 prosecutor and is on the panel of advocates approved to prosecute rape and serious sexual offences. Her approachable and empathetic nature makes her particularly well-suited to handling those cases which involve young and vulnerable witnesses. Amanda successfully combines her criminal advocacy work with two judicial appointments. She sits as an immigration judge and as a tribunal judge in the Social Entitlement Chamber.
